This Disclosure Statement outlines the principles regarding the processing of your personal data by MAYA REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT INC. (“Company”), located at Akat Mah. Yıldırım Oğuz Göker Cd. Orkide Sk. No:1, Room No:1, Beşiktaş/Istanbul, in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and related legislation.

Your personal data such as your name, surname, email address, and phone number within the identity and contact categories may be processed for the following purposes, without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms:
- To provide better service to our customers and website visitors,
- To ensure smooth use of our services,
- To develop our service variety,
- To prepare and present various reports, analyses, and studies,
- To evaluate our project management services.
Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically through the form you fill out, based on your written declaration and as part of our data recording system. The data collected via the Information Request Form prepared by our Company is processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest, as per Article 5/2 (f) of the Law, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Recipients and Purpose of Data Transfer
The purpose of processing your personal data aligns with the purpose of transferring it. Your data may be transferred to:
- Our affiliates,
- Business partners,
- Organizations we cooperate with,
- Domestic/foreign persons and institutions if data is stored in the cloud,
- Public authorities upon request,
in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, which regulate the conditions and purposes of processing personal data.
Application Methods and Your Rights as Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you may contact our Company to:
- a) Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Request information if your data has been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
d) Learn the recipients to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
e) Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate,
f) Request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of the Law,
g) Request notification of actions taken under (e) and (f) to third parties,
h) Object to results derived solely through automated processing,
i) Claim compensation if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

Response to Applications
Our Company will respond to your request as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days, free of charge for the first request. However, for repeated requests on the same subject or if the response requires additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our Company may accept and process the request or reject it by providing a reason in writing.
If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given within the time limit, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”) within thirty (30) days after being notified of the response, or within sixty (60) days from the date of application in any case. Complaints cannot be submitted without first applying to the data controller.
The Board will conduct the necessary investigation upon receiving a complaint or learning of a violation. It will respond to the complaint and inform the relevant parties. If there is no response within sixty (60) days from the complaint date, the request is considered rejected. If a violation is found, the Board may instruct the data controller to rectify the violation. This decision must be implemented immediately and within thirty (30) days at the latest. In cases where irreparable harm may occur or there is a clear legal violation, the Board may order the suspension of data processing or data transfer abroad.
